EXHIBITOR AND SPONSOR REGISTRATION IS OPEN
We are excited to announce the 38th annual Conference on the Environment (COE) will be held on Thursday, November 9, 2023, at the Minneapolis Convention Center. We invite you to apply to present at the COE by submitting a presentation summary online by Friday, September 15th. Exhibitor and sponsor registration is also now open.
The COE is one of the premier conferences in the Upper Midwest, dealing with today’s pertinent environmental issues. The 2023 COE offers concurrent technical sessions of specific topics associated with water, air, and waste management issues. The conference is co-hosted by the Central States Water Environment Association (CSWEA) and the Air and Waste Management Association (AWMA), Upper Midwest Section (UMS). The 2023 technical program will be finalized by the end of September upon review of presentation summaries. General topic areas to consider for your presentation include the following:

To receive consideration, presentation summaries must be submitted online. Deadline for submittal is September 1st. Submissions should include a very brief discussion (less than 500 words) of the proposed topic to present. Presentations will be 25 minutes in length, including time for questions and answers; however, a few double sessions of 50-55 minutes will be available for presenters who have extensive material to cover. No formal paper is required. If this presentation has been previously presented, please provide details on the conference such as its name, date, and location.
Final selection of the presentations will be based on the presentation content and on its fit with other selected presentations to create well-rounded, informative technical sessions. Please do not hesitate to contact Jackie Strait or Kathryn Anderson with questions. We appreciate your consideration of this solicitation and look forward to reviewing your presentation summary.
